With more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and executive, I have seen various industries and the challenges and problems that managers, employees or teams often face: Market volatility, complexity, lack of vision, unclear roles and tasks, conflicts, stress, search for meaning and purpose, etc.
This sound experience and my many years of coaching practice (since 1994) have sharpened my eye for solutions and sustainable change.
My clients have been global players like Allianz, Audi, BMW, E.ON, MAN Truck & Bus, Messe Munich, Plug and Play Ventures, SIXT, etc. as well as non-profit organizations like the ASB Munich, one of the leading German aid and welfare organisations.

Supervision
Lifelong learning and development are not buzzwords for me
The (neuro-)scientific and psychological foundation of my work is important to me. As Head of Training at the Coaching Academy CIP, Munich (Centre for Integrative Psychotherapy), I have trained prospective coaches for 15 years. State of the art coaching and people development requires regular training and supervision which I take e.g. at the Centre for Coaching, London or at the European School for Management and Technology (ESMT, Berlin).
As an author in the field of psychodrama and coaching, I love to do research and to describe theory and practice in an understandable way. In doing so I learn a lot myself again and again.
